SOLD-now its time to really Live!!!

Well we signed our names away, or pocket books rather, and got to work right away. We even had the lawn guy over before we closed-I like to get a move on things. 10 cans of paint later i think we finally have everything we need to complete the tasks. I am so proud of my husband-he has really dug in and has worked before and after work. So Proud!
Thanks to everyone for supporting us through the hole thing. Special thanks to my in laws for taking Geo for long days so we could get a lot accomplished, and special special thanks to our realitor Sarah. She stuck with us to the end and somehow always remained positive after all the offers we put in failed to end in a house. We say that this house was waiting for us to buy it! Walking into a home with little to do and $30 thousand in equity was a blessing, and a great start! We will have an open house soon-but i'd like to get some accessories in first!
